Presentation Tools Analysis
Prezi is a presentation tool that is an alternate choice
from other presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote, but with Prezi you
can collaborate with other users. Prezi
was created in 2008 by Kitchen Budapest and Magyar Telekom. Prezi is a great and professional presentation
tool that can be used in all sorts of different aspects. For business use, you can use it for a
professional presentation at your work place.
If your boss asks you to do a presentation in front of your coworkers,
you won’t be embarrassed because of the advanced functionality of Prezi. Other uses can be if you are presenting as a motivational
speaker or a guest speaker in a school.
Prezi is also good for
social and recreational purposes as well.
It can be used by students to collaborate with other students and
teachers on a project. This works very
well on a group assignment as you don’t all have to be in the same room to work
on it.
Prezi can be used by a
news station as a new way to present the news.
Multiple news anchors can edit it from different locations and when it’s
time to air, everything will be ready.
In the entertainment
business, Prezi is not as popular. Not
many entertainers use presentation tools for their jobs, so in all actuality it
would not be that useful.
